Marc Stanley JD, MPP
Executive Director
Marc has an extensive background in Public Administration, Leadership, and Policy. He received Degrees in Political Science, Economics from Alma College, followed by a Law Degree and Public Policy Masters from Michigan State University. He was raised by two educators and was made to understand that respect and relationships were the cornerstones to one’s professional and personal wellbeing. He has been able to work for Think Tanks in Washington DC, within the city government of Southfield, for the House of Commons in Ottawa Canada, and now Executive Director of a very successful Non-Profit Agency, Southeastern Dispute Resolution Services. He began his legal career in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2004, when SEDRS was a program with the Community Action Agency of Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale County. As Director of SEDRS, Marc has had the opportunity to be President of Aware, Inc, Chair of the Effective Practice and Procedures Committee of the ADR Section of the State Bar, a board member of the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health, Co-Chair of the Michigan Community Mediation Association, and had the opportunity to sit and lead on many other planning and policy commissions.
Tiffany Stanley, LL.M, PHR

Ms. Stanley has been a certified mediator through the Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Office since 2015 when she began her work with mediation. Ms. Stanley’s prior career encompasses 20+ years in the fields of Human Resources, Operations, and Finance and has held her Professional in Human Resources certification since 2012. In addition to General Civil and Domestic mediation certifications, Ms. Stanley has completed specialized mediation skill trainings in Eldercare, Child Protective Services, Behavioral Health, Special Education, Adult and Minor Guardianship, and Abuse and Neglect mediation and facilitation. Ms. Stanley is also certified as a Restorative Practices Circle and Conference Facilitator as well as certified to train other facilitators in Restorative Practices through the International Institute for Restorative Practices. Ms. Stanley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Alma College and her Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Tiffany is one of a handful of Michigan mediation professionals who has earned the privilege of being a certified trainer of both General Civil Mediation and Domestic Relations Mediation, per MCR 2.411 and MCR 3.216 by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Office and the only one endorsed by NAFCM/JAMS Foundation. Tiffany has performed over 2500 mediations/coaching sessions and trained dozens of new mediators. Tiffany has been a coach for other SCAO certified trainers and has worked with local, state, and national organizations such as NAFCAM and Princeton University to develop trainings in de-escalation, workplace conflict, general conflict communication, and restorative practices.

With a deep commitment to client service and a heart for peaceful resolution, Christy helps create a welcoming and supportive experience for all who walk through our (virtual) doors.
